The Solutions Specialist is expected to work closely with existing and prospective clients to fully understand their business requirements and workflow and documenting needs. Developing and customising Excel spreadsheets will be an essential part of the role. There will be constant interaction and coordination with Sales, Product Management, Data Management and Technical Support teams in CMA.Candidates must have a strong desire to work with clients, have excellent listening and problem solving skills, a highly professional demeanour and be able to work well under pressure while handling multiple tasks. They must possess excellent face&#45;to&#45;face, telephone and written communication skills. They should also exhibit a strong interest in the fixed income and credit markets as well as technical aspects of the job and be able to demonstrate the flexibility and commitment expected within a growing company. They will need to be able to set client expectations in a high pressure environment.The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to learn advanced technologies and detailed market knowledge of one of the most exciting sector of fixed income: OTC credit products, while working with some of the finest and most sophisticated institutions in the financial services industry.All candidates must be positive and open, fast learners and quick thinking with a strong attention to details.
